YOUR ROLE
Are you organised, process-driven, and confident in training others? We’re looking for a Warehouse Process Lead to join our team based in Barton-under-Needwood, reporting into the Operations Manager.
This is a Monday - Friday role 8:30am - 5pm (flexible on start and finish times)
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Take ownership of the site training matrix, ensuring all colleagues receive the right training at the right time.
Deliver and oversee training sessions, presenting work instructions and supporting new starters.
Manage and maintain key documentation, including Work Instructions, Risk Assessments, and Document Control Logs, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Monitor processes, highlight improvements, and make sure all activities meet operational, safety, and quality standards.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Strong organisational and admin skills, with attention to detail.
Confident communicator and trainer, comfortable presenting to groups.
Good understanding of systems and process tracking (e.g., training records, matrices).
A proactive, safety-first approach and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
