- **About The Role**

Excellent **self-employed** driver opportunities available with AO.

Driving with AO means meeting **happy customers** And lots of them. We make 5 million deliveries a year and we’re known for creating great customer experiences.

You’ll operate in a **2-person crew** and have excellent **flexibility**. As a self-employed driver, you'll be free to choose the number of routes you take on and how often you do so.

Simply provide your availability through our **dedicated app** and we’ll sort the rest for you.

At Potters Bar, we’re offering shifts starting between 5.30 - 7.00am and these will typically be **8-10 hours** long. The pay rate is equivalent to **£13 per hour**, and you’ll get paid in **weekly instalments**.

We provide a **fully fuelled vehicle** and all the **training** you need to get started.
**- A Few Things About You**

You don’t need previous experience as a delivery driver, you just need to have:

- Good communication skills and a passion for customer service
- A standard valid UK manual licence with no more than 6 points
- No criminal convictions
- The ability to work with a mate
- Reliability

*You need to have contracted with us for at least 4 months to be eligible for the additional 5-star payments.

**We do not pay an hourly rate. We pay a fixed fee per day’s route per two-person crew.

As a self-employed driver, you are free to choose how often you work with us. We do not guarantee or require a minimum number of routes per week.

**Salary**: £104.00-£130.00 per day
