**The Company**

Phantom Motor Company Limited are an independent prestige & performance specialist, born in 2007 and based out of Hindley/Wigan. We currently have an exciting and rare opportunity for an experienced Sales Executive / Sales Advisor to join our brilliant team. The opportunity is one that does not come around often due to our family like culture and staff retention.

We are expanding the team and increasing our stock levels and looking for a hungry to earn individual. who is well organised, customer focused and passionate about cars. huge potential to earn in the region of 70k per annum.

You will be required to work in a professional manner giving confidence to the customer and presenting yourself, our cars and the company in the right way.

We are looking to recruit a highly motivated and self-starting Sales Executive / Sales Advisor to join our team, someone who can add value to our already successful sales team. The applicant must be resilient, forward-thinking and able to handle a fast-paced driven business, someone who's a true salesman at heart.

**Person Specification: Essentials**
- Experience in face-to-face sales.
- Expertise in selling insurance products.
- Proven one-to-one retail sales experience.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Full driving licence.

**Knowledge & Skills**
- Understanding of FCA Compliance.
- Experience with retail finance and insurance products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Computer literate.

**The Role**
- Provide exceptional service to every customer, going above and beyond to meet their needs.
- Build lasting relationships with customers, both in person and over the phone.
- Offer tailored packages, including finance, insurance, and protection products.
- Keep customers informed throughout the process, from the initial order to vehicle delivery.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring the customer’s experience is always top-notch.
- Collaborate with your team to achieve monthly sales goals ahead of deadlines.
