**THE GIG**

We are looking for an experienced and highly effective Executive Assistant, with excellent relationship building skills, to support, partner with and represent our Chief Marketing Officer. This is a vital role at the heart of the marketing function, working closely with the CMO and stakeholders at all levels across the business in a fast-paced environment.

You will be the conduit between the CMO and a committed and passionate, supportive and collaborative marketing team.

As Executive Assistant to our CMO you will be responsible for:

- Proactive and extensive diary management, arranging internal and external meetings, ensuring efficient use of business time
- Arrange all travel bookings and schedules as required.
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships across the business and with external partners
- Being a trusted and reliable counsel, managing sensitive situations, remaining cool under pressure

- Extensive experience in confidently supporting and collaborating with senior C-suite stakeholders and external non-executive board members at a global level.

- A passionate team player who enjoys utilising their skills to help with ad-hoc projects within both teams and across the office

- You’ll help build a highly engaged team - ensuring a collaborative culture and providing guidance & support to other team members
