You’ll be responsible for:

- Responsible for delivering delegated elements of the developing design as per contract requirements.
- Ensures training is kept up to date gaining a clear understanding of statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Engages with business improvement directives.
- Provides guidance & coaching to more junior roles.
- Develops working relationships with (range of) internal stakeholders.
- Works with team members providing operational delivery of team/regional strategy etc.
- Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.

You’ll need to have:

- A positive, proactive, and enthusiastic attitude.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work autonomously.
- Be a team player to work effectively as part of a wider team.
- Knowledge of UK building regulations.
- Proficiency using AutoCAD/Revit along with the Adobe Creative Suite.

You’ll also have:

- Some experience in a UK-based architectural practice working on public sector projects will be advantageous but not necessary.
- Part 2 (Architectural Masters) architectural qualification or equivalent.

We are also open to discussing part-time, flexible, and hybrid working options if suitable within the role.
