Beneficial criteria to help be successful in this BMS role includes some of the following:

- Blood Sciences background - Haematology, Biochemistry & Blood Transfusion
- Haematology - Blood film morphology is ideal
- Covering shifts or core hours
- HCPC or CORU Registration
- UK or NHS experience preferred
- Biomedical Science Background
