Our client are now looking to recruit Trainee Branch Managers in the Greater London area**.**

This is an amazing opportunity to be a part of a company that has been buying and selling a diverse range of pre-owned goods.

For the position, they will be holding open day interviews in their Camden store on the 13th & 20th January.

**Trainee Branch Manager Duties**:

- Reaching sales targets, increasing profits and meeting deadlines
- Dealing with store issues such as: queries and complaints
- Drive and motivate your team
- Interviewing and recruiting new staff
- Overseeing stock control and receiving orders
- Organising rotas and holidays

**Trainee Branch Manager Requirements**:

- Retail/ Customer Service experience
- Continuity in employment
- Solid understanding of profit and loss (P&L)
- An understanding of KPI’s
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Time management skills

**Trainee Branch Manager Benefits**:
