**Clinical Lead - Liverpool Street, London - Up to £50,000 DOE + Bonus**

Our client are dedicated to enriching the lives of children and adults through personalised short
- and long-term care solutions. They achieve this by working closely with local authorities, integrated care boards, case managers, clients, and their families to deliver care that truly makes a difference.

They are seeking an experienced healthcare professional for this exciting opportunity.

As a Clinical Lead you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care and implementing best practices and guidelines to ensure that clinical standards are maintained. You'll also provide clinical operations guidance, promote operational efficiency, teamwork, morale, communication, site management updates and reporting issues to the team.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide clinical support and advice to office staff as well as temporary workers
- Promote operational efficiency within clinical remits
- Communicate data regarding monitoring own service productivity to senior managers
- Provide a weekly account of clinical lead actions
- Identify issues relating to the clinical competence of temporary workers during complaints process and reports back to prevent reoccurrence
- CQC registered manager duties as stated by the CQC

Must be an experienced Registered Nurse with active NMC registration.
