**Join Our Team as a Parent Host**
We Make Footballers South London is looking for a friendly, organised and proactive **Parent Host** to be the heartbeat of our Mitcham academy sessions. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with children, enjoys connecting with parents, and thrives in a buzzing, community-focused environment.
**About the Role**
As the first point of contact at our sessions, you’ll welcome players and their families, ensure registration runs smoothly, and help create a safe, fun, and supportive atmosphere. You’ll work closely with our coaches to ensure every child feels part of the team from the moment they arrive.
**What You’ll Do**
- Greet children and parents with warmth and energy at every session.
- Manage sign-in/sign-out and registration efficiently.
- Be a reassuring, friendly face for new families joining us.
- Assist with organisation of session flow.
- Be prepared to respond to minor injuries or emergencies (First Aid trained).
- Capture visual content from the training session for social media
**What We’re Looking For**
- A genuine “people person” with excellent communication skills.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Personable, approachable, and confident interacting with children and adults.
- First Aid trained (or willing to complete training before starting).
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to making sessions run smoothly.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: £15.00 per hour

**Experience**:
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Driving Licence (preferred)
