**Overview**

Target Audiance for the survey in the Greater Manchester area: Bangladesh, Pakistan, Afro/Caribbean and Arab

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Research Interviewer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting interviews and gathering valuable data for various research projects. Your ability to engage with participants and accurately record their responses will be crucial in contributing to the success of our studies. **Duties**
- Conduct structured interviews with participants, ensuring clarity and understanding of questions.
- Record responses accurately and maintain confidentiality of participant information.
- Prepare and organise interview materials, including questionnaires and consent forms.
- Collaborate with the research team to develop effective interviewing techniques.
- Assist in the analysis of collected data, providing insights based on participant feedback.
- Maintain a professional demeanour while interacting with diverse groups of individuals.
- Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and research protocols throughout the interviewing process.

**Skills**
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to engage effectively with participants.
- Excellent listening skills to ensure accurate understanding and recording of responses.
- Attention to detail for precise data entry and adherence to research protocols.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative when required.
- Familiarity with research methodologies is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
- Proficiency in using digital tools for data collection and analysis is beneficial.
