**Job Description**:

An exciting opportunity to work as a 1:1 TA has become available, working with primary aged pupils on the SEND register?
** SEN 1:1 TA
** Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ school with excellent leadership
** Long-term role, working full-time
** SEN 1:1 TA role, starting immediately
** £400 - £450 per week
The 1:1 TA Role:
As a 1:1 TA, you will be providing support for three children in KS1 and KS2 with high needs SEN. The pupils have Autism and complex learning needs and require support with their learning and wellbeing. The pupils are working with a fixed timetable, and require additional sensory play, taking place in a nurturing environment. As a 1:1 TA, you will need to effectively manage challenging behaviour and build a strong rapport with the pupils you are working with.
The 1:1 TA:
To be eligible for this 1:1 TA role, you must have experience working with high needs SEN in a school environment. It is important that you have a Level 3 1:1 TA qualification, and extensive school-based SEN experience. You must be a 1:1 TA with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping children overcome barriers to education. You should have experience working with the EYFS curriculum, and phonics and numeracy schemes.
