**Job Duties**:

- Using an in-house system (training provided)
- Business to Business Customer Care and office-based point of contact to ensure smooth deliveries daily
- Setting up of delivery notes
- Client liaison
- Escalating issues for resolution
- Dealing with customers and advising of delivery times if they change and drivers are running late
- Helping to reroute drivers if required and helping drivers access the address of delivery
- All related administration

**Requirments**:

- Must have previous admin experience
- A confident and personable and helpful telephone manner
- Experience required in MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook etc.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£23,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
