East Midlands based serviced apartment provider is looking to recruit Senior housekeepers to join our expanding teams in Nottingham.

Our aim is to create a clean and orderly environment for our guests that will become a crucial factor in maintaining and strengthening our reputation. The role will involve working weekdays with weekends on a 1 in 4 rota system allowing for time off in the week.

Previous experience is desirable and a full driving licence with access to a vehicle as travel between sites may be required.

Senior Housekeepers will be responsible for working closely with housekeeping manager ensuring that the brand standards are met, and the team delivers high standard of cleanliness.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Ability to clean all areas of an apartment/house, i.e., bathroom, bedroom, kitchen, living area, as well as communal and outdoor areas.
- Directing team members to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Work closely with guest services and housekeeping manager to ensure adequate inspections of apartments and public areas.
- Responsible for preparing the apartments for arrival, i.e. ensuring the cleanliness standard are high, stocking apartment with welcome items, checking the inventory in apartments.
- Have full awareness of The Stay Company brand standards and set up action plans to ensure that the housekeeping team follows through on these daily.
- To maintain a professional, helpful, and supportive attitude towards team members, visitors, and guests.

**Requirements and Skills**
- Work experience as a supervisor/manager or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with cleaning and staff management.
- Ability to use professional cleaning equipment and products.
- Excellent organisation and team management skills.
- Ability to handle the physical demands of the job.
- Great attention to detail.
- Ability to work weekdays and weekends.
- Driving licence (required)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
