**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all customer requests are met.
- Assist with drinks preparation and presentation, adhering to food safety standards.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain a clean and organised front of house area, including dining spaces and service counters.
- Support catering events as required, ensuring all aspects of service are executed flawlessly.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers alike.
- A proactive attitude towards helping others and working as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- A passion for providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
