We are looking for a **Exercise to Music Lead** to join our **Product Department **on** 9 Month Fixed Term Contract.**

The **Exercise to Music Lead** is responsible for leading and managing all ETM-related activities within Virgin Active, including developing and implementing ETM, Cycle & Dance club programs, educating and training instructors, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and professionalism in our ETM offerings.

**The Role**
- Ability to develop and implement a comprehensive ETM program, encompassing various styles and levels of instruction.
- Providing daily support to the club teams & Regional Operations Directors in creating a world class ETM product experience.
- Ensuring VA is the ETM ‘Employer of Choice’ in the UK by leading the recruitment, induction, and talent development strategy for the Product team.
- Attracting, retaining and developing the best ETM instructors and upskilling our product managers to identify a world class ETM product.
- Training and mentoring ETM instructors, providing ongoing feedback and professional development opportunities.
- Doing Club Visits which will include Instructor assessments, Brand Standards Walk of the club, Performance Check in (App, KPIs), Team member performance/development, opportunities and risks.

**Experience**
- A Level 2 Cycle or Exercise to Music qualification.
- Accreditation from a reputable ETM certification program recognized in the UK.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ETM instruction, with a focus on leading group classes.
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful ETM program.
- Extensive experience in ETM instruction with a strong understanding of the industry.
