**Contract: Full-time/ Permanent**
**Hours: 37.5h /a week**
Due to recent growth and expansion of Redde Northgate Group, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Learning and Development professional to join our organisation in capacity of Talent Facilitator driving and supporting our Early Careers strategy.
As part of the Learning & Development team you will report directly to the Learning and Development Manager and work in close collaboration with other L&D colleagues and business leaders to design, deliver and evaluate learning solutions for the business across all stages of the employee learning cycle, with particular focus on apprentice and graduate schemes.
The role of Talent Facilitator is key in supporting our organisational strategic goals and upholding our core values through the provision of learning and development opportunities for staff.

**About you**
- Demonstrable experience of devising, facilitating and evaluating effective learning and development programmes, particularly in Leadership and Management, and Coaching and Mentoring.
- Knowledge of the latest trends, methodologies and contemporary practices in Talent and L&D.
- Experience in keeping training records.
- Ability to solve problems and recommend the best solution for non-operational learning.
- High level of attention to detail
- Sound planning and organising capabilities.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines in fast pace, corporate environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability
