Lead a team of Payroll Specialists managing payroll operations including post payroll processes
- Adherence to global processes
- Manage training plans and development of the team
- Management of audits partnering with the internal Assurance team and external auditors
- Ensure governance model is embedded and process documentation is recorded and maintained in the central repository
- Management of key controls; completion with documentary evidence
- Drive process improvements and enhancements in line with the future developments in Payroll
- In depth experience of country payroll legislation, pay, tax and benefits
- In-depth UK Payroll knowledge
- High level multi country payroll knowledge
- Use of Data Analytics including excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Leadership of remote team

- Experience of operating within an Employee Service model
- Proficient in written and verbal English Language
