Arcade Supervisor

Arcade Supervisor required for a busy Family Entertainments Centre in Whitley Bay, minimum 25 hours per week, due to the nature of business more hours may be required to cover holidays and sickness.

Shift patterns cover, mornings, afternoon, evenings, weekends and bank holidays/school holidays.

Applicants must have a can do attitude and be prepared to work as part of a team.

You will be able to calmly and efficiently deal with any problems that arise with machines or customers and use your own initiative to get the job done.

This is a customer facing role and you must like interacting with the general public so you will need to be open, friendly and helpful at all times.

You will be also be required to help with any other duties that may be necessary.
- Greet and welcome guests as they enter the establishment
- Assist guests with any inquiries or requests they may have
- Ensure that all guests are attended to promptly and efficiently
- Monitor the floor to ensure cleanliness and organization
- Must be able to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Looking for a challenging but rewarding role

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize workload
- Be confident in checking age ID’s for compliance

Pay: From £13.21 per hour
