Job Title: Qualified Nursery Practitioner
Working Day: 7.45-6pm Mon-Fri with 1 day off per week OR 9 days every 2 weeks
Annual Leave: 4 weeks
**Salary**: up to £21,000 depending on experience & qualifications
Annual Leave: 4 weeks paid leave + Bank Holidays. 1 additional paid day off for each year of employment up to 1 additional week. A day off on your birthday
Other Benefits: Pension, staff training and development, a wonderful team and environment to work in and a hot lunch

**Job Description**:
Hello. We are seeking a passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our client in Maidenhead. A small, family-owned nursery with up 40 children daily, committed to providing a loving and nurturing home-from-home experience for all of children. Small class sizesmean being able to celebrate every child’s individuality to build confidence, creativity and independence through their early years. Children are at the forefront of absolutely everything they do, and we believe all children deserve the most wonderful childhoodexperiences. If you are qualified to at least Level 3 with experience in a nursery setting, have a comprehensive knowledge of the EYFS and are passionate about making a difference to every child’s overall health and well-being, then we would love to hear fromyou.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring that the EYFS curriculum is implemented, through imaginative, creative and child-led initiatives.
- Taking on the role of key worker for your designated children.
- Working in partnership with parents by providing effective feedback on their child’s learning and holding one to one
meetings.
- Supporting your Room Leader and contributing positively to the culture and reputation of the Nursery
- Adhering to Nursery policies and procedures which includes the Safeguarding and Health and Safety of all children.
- Have a passion for working with children and developing their learning through play.
- Hold a minimum level 3 or equivalent qualification with experience in a nursery setting
- Have a thorough understanding and hands-on experience of the EYFS, child development and Ofsted regulations.
- Show a commitment to the protection and safeguarding of children as well as high standards in confidentiality.
- Be able to work collaboratively alongside our Crew to live our mission and values.
- Have excellent communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English.
- Hold current Paediatric First Aid certification
