**The Copthorne Hotel Manchester is seeking experienced Room Attendants for a variety of contracts.**

As a Room Attendant your key responsibilities include:

- To collect room keys and daily duty sheet
- To stock work trolley for days work
- To clean rooms to the set standard
- To change and replace linen
- To carry out daily cleaning programme as laid down by the Head Housekeeper
- Report all lost property to the Head Housekeeper
- To maintain the required standard of cleanliness within service areas, corridors, guest lift areas and fire exits
- To work according to work schedule and to carry out the daily tasks allocated by supervisor
- To report any maintenance faults to supervisor
- To undertake any other reasonable requests made by the Management of the Hotel
- Previous experience within a quality hotel is desirable, although training is provided
- Good communication skills and positive and energetic nature
- Shift patterns of either **37.5 hours, 5 days per week** or **24 hours, 4 days per week**, on a rota basis and including weekend work.
