**Overview**

**Duties**
- Deliver exceptional home care services to adults and children, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Develop and implement individual care plans tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and any changes in their condition using IT systems.
- Drive to various locations as required, ensuring timely arrival for scheduled visits.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in home care or a similar role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to develop and follow care plans effectively.
- A valid driving licence is essential for this role.
- Familiarity with IT systems for record keeping is advantageous.
- A caring attitude with a passion for supporting individuals in need.
