As an** In Home Consultant **we want you to make our customers dreams come true with your passion and desire to improve every home you step into. You’ll be bringing the store to the customer and sharing your flooring knowledge and expertise to get them the best fit.

**As an In-Home Consultant - Your day will look like this**:

- Our In Home Consultants are Customer Advisors that bring the in store sales experience to the customers’ homes.
- You will visit customers’ homes with samples and help them to understand what products we have and what might be the best solution for them.
- You will measure up the customer’s home there and then and can produce quotes for any projects they have. (if you haven’t done this before don’t worry we will give you all the training and tools to be able to do this)
- Processing sales on site using the latest technology.

**What you’ll need**:

- A full UK driving licence
- A clear DBS check (paid for by us)
- To be comfortable travelling in a specific geographic area and working inside customers’ homes/premises

**As and In Home Consultant we hope you’ll bring**:

- Experience of working with customers, guiding them through complexity, e.g., sales, product suitability, technical detail.
- The ability to work autonomously (in the main you’ll be working alone).
- Passion for home décor and an eye for detail.
- Comfortable working with numbers and technology (we’ll give you all the training you need).
