**Minimum qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
- Experience of working with Google’s or Google’s participants, performance marketing solutions.
- Experience working with digital marketing agencies and organizations.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently, to manage client relationships in the region.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- 5 years of experience in search and performance advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media, AI, or marketing role.
- Experience identifying and recommending product improvements.
- Understanding the role Search and Performance Max plays in the performance marketing funnel and strategy.
- Understanding what differentiates Search and Performance Max from other digital performance marketing solutions.
About the job
As an AI Performance Product Specialist you will be part of a team dedicated to helping UK Large Customer Sales (LCS) grow their business using Google’s Performance and Measurement solutions. You will advise on product adoption and sophistication that will drive long-term business success in the age of AI. You will help partners achieve business and marketing goals, and serve as an expert and advocate for Google performance solutions across UK Large Customer Sales. You will consult with customer stakeholders and LCS account teams to deliver solutions and insights (from account optimizations, to product betas, to strategic performance reviews) that help partners deliver their performance marketing objectives and grow business with Google. You will also be expected to contribute to providing product feedback and position Google Performance products against performers.Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage relationships with existing clients and develop a thorough understanding of their business objectives, goals and challenges.
- Identify and pursue Search and Performance Max growth opportunities across top advertisers, prioritize accounts, handle objections, position Google against performers and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Consult with stakeholders to achieve business and marketing goals utilising Google’s AI powered Performance Marketing solutions.
- Provide service to clients and partner teams, design end-to-end performance pruduction solutions and drive the product adoption/sohphistication to drive long-term success.
