As an experienced Nurse from the NHS or private sector, you'll join the team at Bradley Complex Care as a Learning Disability Nurse working 4 days one week and 3 days the next (11.42 hour shifts), where you will change lives for the better.

**What you will be doing**

As a qualified Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) (either as an Experienced Learning Disability Nurse or as a Newly Qualified Preceptee), you will ensure people with learning disabilities and mental health conditions receive high-quality care, while also supportingyour colleagues and promote good teamwork.

No two days are the same, with plenty to keep you engaged and motivated, but also a good amount of routine.

The shift patterns are 11.42 hours and include working nights and weekends, which will see you work 45.68 hours over 4 days one week and 32.46 hours the next across 3 days.

Bradley Complex Care provides a specialist service for men and women living with complex needs who may have a primary diagnosis of learning disability, mental health issue or personality disorder.

We are able to support people with complex conditions, needs and risks who display behaviours of concern and pose challenges for services, including those with highly complex and severe challenging behaviour.

Bradley Complex Care is located in Bradley, Grimsby, and North East Lincolnshire. The location provides a more relaxed local environment than a busy inner-city setting to enable patients to engage in their therapeutic programme, thus increasing the paceof recovery and speeding up discharge. Bradley is just 90 minutes by car from York, Sheffield and Mansfield.
