**About the Role**:
If you want to positively the change the lives of young people aged 18 to 25 and have strong leadership and management skills this job is for you. As a Team Leader in the Leaving Care Service you will ensure the effective delivery of support for Wirral care leavers and ensure consistent professional standards and achievement of key performance indicators.

You will be expected to supervise and manage the continuing professional development of a group of Personal Advisors, supporting them to achieve the highest possible outcomes for our care leavers.
