**The Role**

Due to growth in our busy team, we are seeking a Credit Controller. The role is hybrid (working from home and our Chester office). You will be supporting the security and profitability of Zodeq through efficient and effective verification and credit control of a portfolio of clients, reviewing of key chasing trends and acting on them.

Main duties will include but are not limited to:

- Supporting with high risk ledger as required.
- Provide feedback and updates to Operations team and client as required.
- Assist where required in new client take-ons.
- Other day to day duties as required.

**Who we’re looking for**
- Experienced Credit Controller with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of Dancerace system.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft programmes (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiar with recruitment back-office processes, or experience of the recruitment Sector.
- Effective communicator with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- ABFA qualifications or day workshops is preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of the invoice finance sector is preferred but not essential.
