We are an apprenticeship training provider and are working with a nursery who have 2 exciting opportunities for those that want to study and work in childcare as an apprentice.

You will be part of an energetic and enthusiastic team who deliver high quality care and education for their children and deliver the care, learning and play of the children in such a way that they are well cared for and safe.

You will learn about the Early Years Foundation Stage and how the nursery delivers their Curriculum and Children's Learning and Development plans. You will learn how to record progress for each key child using the nursery's Elite EYFS system.

You will learn how the setting ensures the environments in which you will teach and care for the children are properly set up, clean, safe and hygienic.

You will be;
- Working as a childcare practitioner to support children through play in their learning and development.
- Working with parents and families to support them.
- Working as part of a team to develop and maintain an exciting and inspiring learning environment for the children to support them to achieve their learning objectives and lay foundations for them to to become successful as they move onwards from nursery into the big wide world.

Training will be offered to support apprentice practitioners to move through their next level of qualification.

You will have access to an online platform for essential training and local authority bespoke and tailored courses for further professional development. Your workplace learning mentor will carry out your appraisal and develop your learning and development program within the company and you will have a peer-buddy to support you through the program.

**Salary**: £5.28-£9.50 per hour
