Responsibilities:

- Ensure the safety and security of the premises and individuals within
- Monitor and control access to the premises
- Conduct regular patrols to prevent and detect any suspicious activities
- Handle any incidents or emergencies that may arise, such as disturbances or accidents
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers, employees, and visitors
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving conflicts

**Skills**:

- Surveillance: Ability to monitor and assess situations using surveillance equipment and techniques
- First Aid: Knowledge of basic first aid procedures to provide immediate assistance if needed
- CCTV: Familiarity with closed-circuit television systems for monitoring and recording activities
- Loss Prevention: Understanding of loss prevention strategies to identify and prevent theft or damage to property

**Requirements**:

- Must possess a valid Door Supervisor license/certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail
- Physical fitness and the ability to stand for long periods of time
