Policy & Project Coordinator -- Housing

A national leading housing association is looking for a Policy and Project Change Coordinator to join their Office in Bracknell on an 18 months FTC.
This role is responsible for providing support to deliver the business corporate strategy and associated strategic delivery plans. You will support the delivery of these strategic plans including through support for project management and reporting, managingspecific projects as well as providing technical support and advice for project managers.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Support the lead communications & projects partner to understand the needs of the business and help support change and improvement.
- Work with the business to identify and deliver opportunities to improve the way we work. This includes process redesign, service or activity reviews, innovation sessions and helping specify improvements to key systems.
- Support the digitisation of the business including helping to redesign processes to make them digital ready and developing specifications, in partnership with the business and IT.
- Provide technical support for the management and reporting of project and strategic delivery plan progress, using our project management system.
- Lead on specific strategic and operational projects as agreed with the lead strategy & change partner
- Provide expert guidance to project managers on our project management, framework, methodology and supporting systems
- Manage the policy review process to ensure frameworks, policies and procedures are updated in line with the agreed policy schedule.
- Undertake analysis of key data to provide an evidence base for change.
- Research and promote innovations from within and outside of the housing sector.
- Create and promote a culture of continuous, small improvements in each team (marginal gains).
- Provide training, advice, and guidance to promote service and process improvements across the business.
- Support activities that help promote our new culture and behaviours.
**Skills and Experience**
- Ability to build relationships with the business.
- Experience of process mapping and other change techniques.
- Experience of managing change within a business.
- Experience of project management.
- Experience of reviewing and updating policies.
- Highly analytical.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Creative and with a flair for problem solving.
- Excellent knowledge of key issues in customer experience design.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Approachable, friendly and with a commitment to delivering a high-quality experience for customers and colleagues.
- Flexible and works collaboratively.
- Innovative and willing to embrace change.
