**Job Description**:
The IFS Education Programme was created to engage with universities and educational institutes globally. Engagement with partners varies from graduate schemes, scholarships, internships and apprenticeship opportunities as well as guest lectures, access to IFS Software and the donation of equipment. As a key member of our CSR team, you will be executing and expanding the IFS CSR education programme.
To be successful in this role you should be able manage complex, multifaceted education programmes and liaise with local teams as well as our CSR coordinators across the globe to maintain and expand programme partners. You will report into the Global CSR Programme Manager and work develop and executive strategies to expand the education programme, wider CSR programmes and achieve our ESG targets.
**Responsibilities**
- Take a lead role in the management of the education programme, including strategy design, impact measurement and reporting.
- Develop and maintain relevant and consistent programmes for universities and other institutions including scholarships, guest lectures etc.
- Review existing content, communications, strategies, and research/evaluation to make recommendations and implement approved modifications
- Continually monitor programmes, local relationships, employee engagement, and volunteers for quality assurance and relevance to the overall programme, ESG strategy and best practices
- Work with internal teams to develop licensing models to educational use of IFS Software
- Act as a liaison with educational institutes and/or local IFS connections
- Support relationships with stakeholders, including programme partners and event organisers
- Develop associated marketing and external/internal communications plans to support programmes and share impact, progress and report against ESG targets
- Develop and lead professional development and training sessions to build the capacity of local IFS educational liaisons
- Coordinate and collaborate in the development and implementation of guest lectures from colleagues, professional development workshops, ad-hoc events such as hackathons and to deepen community and university engagement with education programme
- Identify and perform due diligence on philanthropic partnerships
- Support on other ad-hoc projects as required
- Other duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Evidence of programme design and management, particularly global programmes
- Highly articulate and able to communicate confidently with internal and external stakeholders
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills in fluent English
- Able to meet deadlines and ensure completion of projects on schedule
- Have a passion to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with volunteer recruitment, training, management, and retention preferred
- Ability to conduct meaningful programme evaluations, interpret data, and communicate results
- Extremely organized, reliable, punctual, accurate, and detail-oriented
- Respect and discretion in communication with partners and stakeholders at all levels
- Comfortable building relationships remotely and able to identify and develop new partnerships
