We are looking to hire a number of experienced Field Sales Business Development Managers (BDM’s) - Sales Development Representatives (SDR’s) for an award-winning Telecoms ICT Business.

**Role**Field Business Development Manager - Telecoms/ICT/Mobile

**Salary £45k - £55k** Depending on Experience. OTE double salary uncapped with guaranteed bonus.

£6000 per year car allowance, Excellent benefits.

**Location** Edinburgh, Scotland

**Hours**Full Time Permanent

**The Role**
- You will have previous experience winning business within the Telecoms sector with particular interest in people with experience in mobility.
- You will be building relationships to understand your client’s current Mobile requirements and be able to communicate the range of possible products and solutions to add value to your client.
- Secure long-term relationships as a trusted partner
- Be able to create and manage a pipeline of current and future business opportunity
- Targeting clients in the SME, Mid-Market, and small corporate marketplace.

**The Person**
- Proven experience as a B2B new business sales professional within the telecoms arena with particular interest in mobile.
- You will thrive in working in a busy and diverse environment with high energy and drive
- Excellent communication skills at all levels with an ability to work across a geographical area and industry sectors
- Ability to demonstrate a clear understanding of the sales cycle and present an understanding of ROI on your proposed solutions.
- Ability to negotiate complex contracts to a satisfactory conclusion
- Ambitious to achieve high earnings and grow a long-term career.
- Be an accountable team player who leads by example and takes ownership and responsibility for their actions
