Marks Sattin Executive Search is seeking a CFO to join an exciting PE-backed Multi-Site Healthcare business. Working alongside the CEO and a PE partner, this is a great opportunity to lead the execution of an ambitious buy and build growth strategy ahead of a successful exit.

The business provides a consumer-facing healthcare service, and has ambitious plans to increase its market share by targeting and integrating further acquisitions. Partnering with the CEO and PE house, you will set the strategy of the business, and present business and market analysis to stakeholders and the leadership team.

Acting as a role model for the finance department, you will oversee the finance function of the business, taking full ownership of the finance, data, and reporting functions. This will involve improving systems and reporting processes to accommodate growth, taking full responsibility for cash flow, and reporting to debt providers. You will lead the integration and consolidation of acquisitions, with their ongoing systems and processes, into this finance function.

Great leadership and communications skills will lead a culture passionate about growth and profit, and strengthen relationships with investors and business partners. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious finance professional to lead the high-performing finance function of a business, fulfilling its growth potential through a buy and build strategy.
- A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA)
- Experience being a CFO or FD for a PE-backed business, ideally with a background in the Healthcare sector or related sectors
- Ideally involvement with M&A (acquisition and integration) and transformation / change programmes
- Knowledge of defining KPIs and goals, and driving improvements in reporting and controls
- Management of cash and covenant
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to operate at pace and drive change.
