**Position type: Full time / Permanent**

Aberdein Considine are looking to recruit a Mortgage and Protection Administrator to join our busy financial services division based in Glasgow supporting our Mortgage and Protection Advisers.

The Mortgage and Protection Administrator will ensure an outstanding client experience is delivered on every mortgage and protection case and will represent the firm in a professional and ethical manner at all times.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Working closely with up to 2 mortgage advisers
- Ensure all dealings with clients are carried out in a professional and courteous manner
- Ensure all supporting documentation is maintained as per the firm’s procedures
- Liaising with clients, providing updates on cases and requesting documentation as appropriate

**Requirements**:
**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**

**Essential**
- Excellent communication skills, in person, by telephone and in written form
- Highly efficient with the ability to manage multiple tasks whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy and customer service
- Ability to work independently, develop solutions and solve problems

**Desirable**
- Experience of working in an customer facing role
- Understanding of the mortgage market

**KNOWLEDGE**

**Essential**
- Broad knowledge of financial services and processes
- Good I.T skills (Microsoft Office)

**APTITUDES**

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Ability to work on own initiative
