We are looking to recruit a Food and Beverage Assistants to join our very busy and friendly Hospitality team. We are looking for applicants who have excellent customer service skills and attitude, who are willing to learn and can deliver a high quality service to our guests and colleagues.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a hardworking, dynamic yet fun loving team in a beautiful setting. We are looking for colleagues that can interact and WOW our guests, creating those memorable experiences whilst maintaining operating standards.

Essential Skills
- A passion for hospitality and delivering sensational service
- Well presented & flexible attitude
- Customer focused and polite manner
- Numerate and familiar with cash, stock rotation & control procedures
- Able to work to agreed departmental standards.
- Previous experience in a similar role

Duties will include:

- To deliver a waiting service in the restaurant, bar and banqueting to a 4* standard.
- To ensure that your work area is ready for service in a timely manner.
- To ensure the quality operation and service of the bars.
- To project a professional, courteous and smart image to clients and staff.
- To ensure that all Back of House areas are kept clean and tidy.
- Maximising sales opportunities through upselling, cross-selling and achieving add-on sales

Weetwood Hall Estate is set within nine acres of beautiful woodlands and gardens, built around a 17th Century Jacobean Manor House. The hotel offers exceptional four star services and facilities along with a modern conference centre.

In addition the following training will also be provided: Coffee Skils, Wine Training, Beer Training, Draft Ale Training, Food Service, Customer Service, Cocktail Making plus all compliance training.
