**The Role**:
I am looking for a Global Head of Product Management (Software Development) to work for my client who is based in Leicester. You will be responsible for bringing together several products, (in Post Trade, Insurance and Wealth Management), while harmonizingproduct strategy and methodologies.

You will lead the internal product teams including Product Owners/Business Analysts through a period of growth while implementing the best methodologies to facilitate successful delivery of multiple projects and products.

You will provide the visionary leadership necessary to ensure my clients’ products provide expert solutions while driving market share in all three domains, presenting product investment proposals to the board, while ensuring the best use of technologies.

You will be the escalation point for key stakeholders on product requirements, clearly communicate and prioritize Product Management workstreams and work on the continuous improvement in product processes.

Partnering with the Chief Technology Officer you will define and deliver an aligned Product Strategy, you will also build and maintain product teams, ensuring they are motivated, communicating, collaborating and working well together. You will be workingclosely with the Business Analyst team to ensure the delivery of products on time, within budget and to the required quality.

You will work alongside Development to ensure future visions are understood for our clients, and work with Project Management to ensure the delivery of projects on time, within budget and quality.

You will track progress against the delivery plan and report to the Management team, Account Manager, Service Managers and Project Manager.

You will mentor and coach product teams in their development, encourage knowledge sharing across global product teams and facilitate full AGILE processes across all teams and personnel.

You will need to have experience in the software product environment and specifically in the area of financial services, specifically Wealth Management, Broking or Insurance. You will have a strong track record of delivering process improvements using AGILEmethodologies in Product Management. With a record of success in roadmap management for multiple products, you will have a strong and influential communication style, strong technical understanding of the product lifecycle, and a strong customer/product/peoplemanagement background.

You will have experience of leading a multidisciplinary team to success with a pro active approach to planning, risks, and opportunities.
