Central Employment are pleased to be recruiting for an interior design and manufacturing client who provide shop fixtures and displays to some of the UK's largest retailers. As a business, the company is expanding across several departments and are now lookingfor an Account Manager to join the company based in Somerset.
**Purpose of the Account Manager**:
The purpose of the Account Manager is to strengthen their signage and graphics production team. The account managers will take control of existing in-house accounts and will co-ordinate production and delivery of print and signage items for often complicatedprojects. This role will be suited for a proactive individual with fantastic organisational skills and a strong can-do attitude.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Process and communicate project requirements to the relevant departments of the company.
- Ensuring that work is booked into production in a timely manner, and all deadlines are met
- Manage end to end production workflow
- Raising job tickets and support documents, including cost estimates to assist project managers and procurement
- Investigating and resolving internal and customer enquiries
**Essential Experience**:
- Print and signage experience is essential
- Experience in working on large scale projects for retail environment is desirable
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Core IT skills (office, MIS, software)
- Good written and verbal communication
