We are currently recruiting for a Yard Operative to join a fast-growing, ambitious international business that are world leaders in dairy nutrition. The client truly believes that dairy nutrition, delivered through great products, can be transformative and create a more sustainable and healthier world and put this at the heart of everything they do.

**The role of a Yard Operative will include**: - To ensure that the external areas of the factory are always kept in excellent conditions
- To ensure that high priority tasks are carried out first
- Will work with the engineering team to complete repair and maintenance tasks as required within their skill set
- To readdress temporary repairs with a permanent solution
- Ensure personal compliance with all Business Management, Health & Safety, Food & Feed Safety, Environmental Management system requirements and Energy Management Systems
- To ensure good housekeeping and work to the 'Clean-As-You-Go' policy

**The ideal Yard Operative will have**: - Excellent attention to detail.
- A reasonable level of physical fitness.
- Own transport an advantage due to location.
- Excellent team working skills
