We require an experienced Desktop Support Analyst to join our busy IT Department in Worcester office. This is a full time permanent position working primarily in Worcester, with the need to travel to other offices, therefore access to your own transportis preferable..

**About You**

You will also have good interpersonal skills and the ability to speak to colleagues and users of all levels as well as provide second line IT support to all offices. This will include maintaining existing PCs and peripherals and reporting hardware faultsto third party companies.
