Our client is currently looking for an enthusiastic Commis Chef to join and support their team, working predominately breakfast shifts.

**Salary**:£20,116 per annum, plus over time and enhanced payment on Sundays

**Hours**:38.5 hours per week, inclusive of breaks. Straight shifts, including some weekends as required. Mostly breakfast shifts

You are required to prepare and present dishes to the required standards consistently. You will have the opportunity to learn techniques and skills to further your development as a chef.

**Commis Chef Duties**:

- To assist in the preparation, cooking and presentation of dishes to the highest standard
- To ensure all food served to the customer is of the highest quality
- To understand all aspect of food safety, including HACCP and legal allergens
- To ensure all operational requirements are met daily
- To assist in cleaning of kitchen, both routine cleaning and deep cleaning as required

You will be a committed and confident customer service professional looking for your next step within a unique environment.

Essential skills and experience
- Be able to demonstrate good organisational skills
- Able to work independently and as a part of a busy team
- High standards of hygiene
- Works well under pressure

Desirable skills and experience
- Experience working in a commercial environment
- Strong understanding on all food safety practices
