**JELD-WEN Penrith continues to offer competitive rates of pay, with rates adjusted to reflect current standards**:
**Early Shift (6am-2pm): £13.23/hour**

**Late Shift (2pm-10pm): £14.02/hour**

**Night Shift (10pm-6am): £15.28/hour**

**Your role**:

- Assembly tasks according to specifications and quality standards
- Operate machinery to produce high-end doors and maintain smooth production flow
- Conduct basic quality checks to ensure excellence in every product
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to health & safety regulations
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
- Provide timely and proactive support.
