Teaching Personnel are looking for a LSA’s to join a fabulous, friendly, and dynamic team for schools on the Norfolk/Suffolk boarder.
- Do you have experience working in supporting children/adults who have speech and language needs?
- Do you have a good understanding of the needs of others and perhaps you’re a current previous; carer/social worker/childminder/support worker or sporting coach?

If you are able to use your initiative and want to help improve our children’s futures, we would be very interested to meet you.

Teaching Personnel are looking for LSA’s and behaviour mentors for day to day work now and temp to perm roles in September for SEN and Secondary school in who will need full time support. You will be directed by the class teacher will support the needs ofchildren within the class.

Can you give us:

- experience of working with individuals who are non-verbal or have limited verbal communication
- understanding the sensitivity required to meet a child’s personal needs
- understanding of the key role played by support staff in the education of children in moving learning on and helping children become more independent

- effective communication skills.
