Vet Direct distribute a wide range of products to the veterinary sector - a market that is currently experiencing excellent growth, providing continuous development and new opportunities for the future.

Our team of dedicated and skilled telephonists support customers in many ways - order taking, answering queries, returns, problem solving and discussing products. You will support the business through utilising sales opportunities and working with our warehouse team and other departments to notice gaps for improvement and share new ideas. No two days will ever be the same.

**Location**:Vet Direct, Newcastle Upon Tyne

**Hours of work**: The working hours are 37.5 hours a week across Monday to Friday.

**In addition to a salary of £19,500 - £21,000 DOE, we offer a range of company benefits including;**
