Doncaster Royal Infirmary is located on Thorne Rd, Doncaster DN2 5LT, it is easily accessible via both car and public transport. There is onsite parking (Fees will apply). Doncaster & Bassetlaw Teaching Hospitals NHS FT an overall CQC rating of good.
**What you’ll be responsible for**:
- Duties will include supporting the day-to-day IT requirements of the Trust, working towards agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Resetting user’s passwords ensuring IT&T security standards are met.
- Basic support on multiple PC’s, laptops, Printers, Tablets and mobile devices (iSO and Android).
The role will involve, but not be limited to you performing the above
**You’ll learn the following whilst working at the trust**:
- An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS
- Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times
- A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation
**You’ll have the following skills/experience**:
- Good customer service skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Packages e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Able to answer the phone.
- Good keyboard skills.
