**Junior Engineer**

Our client, one of the world’s leading Super-Yacht Electronics companies, are currently seeking a Junior Engineer to join their team. Preferably, you will have either a power electronics or a mechanical background, looking to develop your career within anelectrical/mechanical environment.

This is a full time, permanent position, based in Wymondham. Working Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week.

With exciting growth and expansion plans over the next few years, this would be a great place to start/develop your career and develop your skills and experience. After training, you could find yourself leading the Test and Production facility within thebusiness.

This exciting position as a Junior Engineer, would suit an enthusiastic person who wants to develop knowledge in power electronics.

**Job role includes the following**:

- Test bay cabling - connecting & disconnecting input and output cables
- SP150 module testing assistance - Wire checking & Connecting. Potential to progress and carry out validation checks
- Assistance with converter testing - wire checks & any modifications required
- Punch list items - Assist with completing punch list items when testing complete
- Packaging - Assist with packaging converter, documentation & parts being shipped are recorded
- General production assistance - help with foaming of panels, door locks, mechanical works, heat exchangers

Our client manufactures high-power electronic products to include Shore-Power converters and Energy-Storage systems. Specific products include Shore Power converters for ship to shore connections, CleanNet systems for power quality and Energy Storage Systemsfor energy saving and reduced environmental impact.

Our client’s products are sold and supported around the world. The Super Yacht market is a luxury market and demands the very highest of product quality and support.
