**About the role**
- Manage, optimise and grow our WordPress websites:

- This will include: technical optimisation, SEO, keyword research, troubleshooting and resolving website issues, enhancing the user experience through intuitive design and user interface improvements (with our website developer if required), monitoring site security, ensuring our sites adhere to industry best practices and keeping domain registrations current.
- Align the websites with our strategy and brand.
- With your colleagues in the Commercial Team, plan, build and implement digital marketing campaigns to drive organic traffic to our websites and generate more leads.
- Regularly audit content to ensure it is accurate, up-to-date, and written to meet evolving search criteria.
- Utilise Google Analytics, Google Seach Engine Console, Ubersuggest and HotJar to analyse website performance and identify areas for improvement and content gaps.
- Conduct competitor analysis to ensure we stay ahead of industry trends and developments.
- Manage and grow all social media platforms, including two LinkedIn accounts, two X accounts, and Instagram and Facebook.
- Develop a digital dashboard within HubSpot for the CEO to report progress against KPIs.
- Work closely with your colleagues in the Commercial Team, our PPC specialist, web developer, and copywriter.
- Assist with other marketing efforts.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- A degree or equivalent qualification in web development, marketing, computer science, IT or a related field.
- Three years of experience successfully managing and growing websites.
- Expertise in WordPress CMS.
- Up-to-date knowledge of SEO and PPC.
- Knowledge of existing and emerging social media platforms.
- Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills. Good written and verbal communication skills.
- A desire to grow yourself and develop your career.
