Key responsibilities: - Social Housing expertise: - Dive deep into social housing practices, regulations, and challenges.- - Provide expert advice to clients on how our software solutions can elevate their social housing initiatives.- - Solution design and customisation: - Collaborate closely with social housing clients to design software solutions that empower their workflows.- - Customise and configure our social housing software to meet the unique demands of each client.- - Implementation and integration: - Lead the charge in implementing and integrating social housing software, ensuring seamless adoption within client organisations.- - Provide hands-on advice and guidance during the software implementation phase.- - Training and documentation for Social Housing professionals: - Develop and deliver engaging training sessions tailored to social housing professionals.- - Create comprehensive, user-friendly documentation specific to social housing, including guides and best practices. Requirements- In-depth knowledge of social housing processes, regulations, and industry best practices.- Proven experience as a consultant in the social housing software domain, or solid user experience as a practitioner.- Strong functional and technical acumen with the ability to communicate complex concepts in an accessible way.- Organised, methodical, and with a sound commercial approach.- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
