**Overview**
Ital Logistics are an leading international freight forward operating road freight services to and from Europe on a daily basis and the opportunity has arose where we are looking to add to our existing Sales Team as we are seeking an Internal Sales Coordinator

As part of our continued expansion and company growth, we are looking to strengthen our Sales team by adding a new Internal Sales Coordinator for European Road Freight at our Heywood facility. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to join a dynamic team in a growing company.

**Duties**
- Working hours - 9am to 530pm all entirely office based
- Quoting customers directly freight costs for their requirements
- New Business Development through telesales, actively seeking out new clients
- Account Management to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships
- Drafting and Sending Sales Correspondence in a professional and timely manner
- Follow-up Calls and Appointments to maintain contact and further develop relationships
- Managing the Sales Process from lead generation through to closing the deal - working closely with our team to prepare quotations/tariffs
- Upselling Additional Services such as Sea/Air Freight and UK Domestic Services
- Full training and career development provided

**Requirements**:

- Experience in freight forwarding an advantage but not essential
- Proficiency with IT including Microsoft Excel
- Excellent data entry skills with good attention to detail.
- Previous experience in freight forwarding sales
- Business-to-business sales experience is an advantage but not essential
- Proven experience in telesales
- Strong initiative, drive, and self-motivation
- Customer service/operational experience is an advantage
- Experience in negotiating with clients and suppliers
- Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in IT skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work together within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Strong organisational skills and the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £28,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
