Passenger Services Supervisor

We have an exciting opportunity for two Passenger Services Supervisor to join our Operations department at Condor Ferries in Poole. This role forms part of fantastic team of which you will be a key member by being the voice of our brands, exceeding customer expectations always, to enhance the reservation and travel experience.

**The Role**

In this role you will be responsible for supporting the Passenger Service Manager with all daily operational and commercial activities within the port, providing excellent customer service and ensure best working practices are adhered to at all times. You will be computer literate and able to remain calm and professional in a pressurised environment whilst ensuring you meet the required deadlines.

In addition, you will Provide a high level of customer service in accordance with Condor standards, regulations & requirements, deal with day-to-day enquiries/complaints/queries that fall beyond the remit of the Passenger Service Agent. You will ensure that best working practice is always followed, paying special attention to all Port and Company Health and Safety regulations and check accuracy of all sailing information for final approval to sail vessel. These checks must follow Condor policies and procedures.

To be successful in this role you will need to have previous experience in a Customer Service, Sales or Travel environment speaking directly with passengers and Travel Advisors. You will have excellent communication and administrative skills with the ability to plan and prioritise work according to business needs. Maintaining product and brand knowledge, along with being aware of the business commercial focus, ensuring revenue is maximised through upgrading, cross selling and providing additional products and services.

You will be computer literate and able to remain calm and professional in a pressurised environment whilst ensuring you meet the required deadlines.

Pay: £26,000.00-£27,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
