- Responsibility for Health and Safety i.e. COSHH Assessments, Risk Assessment etc.
- Proactive with a can do attitude managing resources to develop a flexible team in order to maximize efficiency of service.

- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and interact positively with tenants and the teams.
- Advance knowledge of cleaning products implements and practices.
- To undertake any specific training when required to do so and overall to have a responsibility towards self-development.
- Oversee the training of new and existing staff, this ensures they're aware of the level of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety we expect them to meet at all times.
- Monitor and manage the equipment and cleaning supplies. Taking inventory and ensuring there's always enough in stock for housekeeping staff to meet the required standards.
- ** CORE QUALITIES AND ATTRIBUTES**
- Working to an agreed daily, weekly, monthly schedule to ensure all tasks in common and tenant areas are carried out.
- To ensure the confidentiality of all the company's and clients' documentation and information.
- To contribute to team performance and adopt a flexible working relationship with other members of team.
- To ensure compliance with ISO Standards and Health and Safety regulations of the business maintaining team members awareness through regular communication and training.
- To be familiar with and comply with the requirements of the company's procedures.
- To undertake any specific training when required to do so, and overall to have a responsibility towards self-development.
- Front line people management of the team, including HR related activities such as recruitment and selection, induction, probationary reviews, return to work interviews, managing holiday requests, disciplinary issues, health and safety training and performanceappraisals.
**Hours of Work**
- 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday 06:00-14:00 with flexibility of working longer, covering Holidays and some weekend work if necessary.
