About the company:
I am working with a Top500 legal firm. This is an excellent opportunity to join the business as the Finance Manager, in a broad financial role supporting monthly reporting alongside statuary accounts and tax returns, reporting to the Managing Director.

Responsibilities include:

- To produce statutory accounts
- To prepare budgets and forecasts
- To prepare and submit all taxation returns (VAT, CT, employment taxes etc)
- To ensure compliance with Solicitor's Accounts Rules
- To ensure accuracy of the financial accounting information
- Manage the cash flow
- Management and development of the finance team
- To meet client requirements in relation to billing, banking and funds transfer
- Continuous improvement of financial processes and systems

Skills/Qualifications:

- CIMA, ACCA or ACA Qualified
- Solicitor's Accounts Rules experience a must
- Strong communication skills
